For those of you who never have heard of spermatocele before here is some basic information - Spermatocele | NCH Healthcare System
Thursday five days ago I woke up with severe pain in my scrotum. Felt like I got kicked there.
Contacted my health center by phone and got a doctor's appointment for an examination the same day, where they felt a cyst around the right testicle.
Since it was an emergency, I was only advised to take over the counter painkillers and hope it goes away, it affects some men and you don't know how long or why it lasts.
Over the weekend, the scrotum has been generally sore and with a pressing feeling.
Wrote a self-referral to a urologist to see what can be done about this situation.
Do you have any experiences with spermatocele?
From what I understand, you can live with it if it doesn't hurt, that it doesn't affect fertility or the testicles directly, just because you have a cyst.
