Hoping anyone has experienced similar issues as to give me some advice...

I've started exeriencing uncomfortable orgasms. When masturbating I used to be able to last for hours, but now that Im in my late 30s I'm bordering on premature ejaculations. When I cum my balls get sore, and I have a tightness in them and my perineum during orgasm. My balls are also not as big as they used to be and my cum has become less :(

I'm really not keen to go describe all of this to a urologist. Anyone have any advice?

That doesnt sound good. I think it may be a real problem. Maybe hormons? Maybe prostate?

While that's all personal to you, to a urologist it's just data, clues that point to the answer to the puzzle.
It's not really about YOU, but about solving the puzzle you've brought.
In your 30's is a really good age to be having symptoms of low T & other hormonal issues.

go. see a urologist. why live life broken when you probably have a common & simple issue easily fixed?
Life is too short to live unhappy, go see the professional & enjoy your life better.
