I tried it only because I was wondering if I had a stricture. But I did a LOT of reading before I tried it.
Sexually - doesn't do anything for me. I didn't get more pleasure out of it. While erect it felt a little bit more sensational, but not something I would seek out.

You have to keep everything STERILE otherwise you'll get a nasty urinary tract infection, or worse bladder infection. Clean Clean Clean can not be stressed enough.
Sterilize the sounds, sterilize an area that is roomy and clean. Everything you touch while doing this should be sterile - including towels, and the outside of the sterilube tube too (In case you have to re-lube in the middle)
Go slow. Never force the sound in. It will go in under it's own weight.
After sounding - piss. Drink more water, and piss again. Get ready for the burn when you pee too. Will burn a few times and then return to normal.

If you need an enlargement to improve urine flow, go to a doctor. There are many issues that could cause a restricted flow - including prostate issues. As a play issueI have done it, but I do not go into the prostate area like a catheter needs inserted. I've had that done and it is a pain a will never forget Make sure the sounds are a) medical grade and b) sterile. The risk of infection is great and not using one properly - or too big will cause tearing and bleeding. While it is not "gerbil in the butt dangerous," it is a lot of explaining in an emergency room.
