I recently had a surgical procedure that unexpectedly resulted in my having a much smaller penis. I know it sounds weird, but it's true.

For the first week or so following the surgery, I was mortified, but then I found myself getting aroused by it all.

At one time, my dick was a little overt 7" erect. It's now barely 3" erect.
