specific clamping technique

    I've been into PE for a while now, about two years. I'm not entirely sure just how much I've gained, but I can tell you it's all length. Frustrating.

    The past couple months I've gotten into clamping to try to put on some girth. I've read the basics. Kegel in blood, do a couple sets for no more than 10 minutes, etc etc. The sessions have been hit or miss (more misses).

    I started experimenting with pressure and technique and for the past couple weeks, my sessions have been consistantly AWESOME. Haven't been doing it long enough to report gains, but I think I'm on to something. Figured I'd share and maybe get some critique from the vets.

    1. Before you put on the clamp, do some jelqs, light stretches, whatever it takes to break in the tissue a little and prepare for expansion. If you can use a warm wrap, do it. It's not necessary for a great session, but it helps. It may or may not help your overall gains too. Search other posts.

    2. After you're feeling a little pliable (I listen to my body, not my watch), put a (cable) clamp on as close to the base as possible. Don't clamp around your balls. Fasten the clamp tightly, but not absolutely as tight as it goes...maybe one notch less. It should feel very secure, but not painful.

    3. Kegel in blood. You can use your hands to help you force the blood in. Apply pressure past the clamp, past the balls, but before the butt. Still applying pressure, pull your thumb up to the clamp, forcing the blood between your hand and the clamp into your shaft.

    4. Get comfortable with this. Get to do it with one hand and use the other to gently jelq. If you get it going right, you'll notice the shaft is thicker, possibly soft. Jelq thick and soft for a bit.

    5. That should feel like a great jelq session, no discomfort. Once that jelq starts to lose it's flow, kegel with force and try to turn your thick softy into a solid thick hard on. Use both your hands to help push the blood in and hold it in. You should start to feel some stretching. I assume this is good.

    6. Now that you can feel a little expansion happening, TIGHTEN the clamp. You want to keep as much blood in your penis as much as possible now.

    7. Lightly jelq. Really, just focus on the outer most layer of flesh. It's important to not jump right into kicking your dick's butt.

    7. After 25-50 (whatever works for you) jelqs you should unnaturally hard, bend right. Count and figure out how long you're ready to hold. This is pretty tense. Blood should escape the clamp and you'll get a little softer.

    8. Manually push the blood back in and try to acheive similar hardness. Same motion, to the left. Try to hold it as long as the first.

    9. Same as 8, but bend straight back to your belly.

    10. Manually push the blood back in again. Your penis should now be visibly thicker and impressive. More light jelqing while manually pushing more blood into the shaft.

    11. Continue this as long as you're comfortable. You should feel great expansion. Not a tingle, but a stretching/expanding feel.

    12. When this starts to get uncomfortable, loosen the clamp up considerably. DO NOT REMOVE IT. It'll be such a relief. Your dick will get soft but should look HUGE. At this point, I'm about .5" thicker than normal.

    13. Jelq that. Work in the tissue. Stay warm, let the blood flow. Get into the groove on the most awesome soft jelq you may have ever experienced.

    14. Eventually, when you're comfortable, resume steps 5 through 11. Remember to use a little caution and move slowly. Your dick has just had a killer work out. Take your time. By the time you're at step 11 and you're jelqing and really embracing the expansion, you should be at least as thick as you were then, maybe 1/8 or 1/4 inch thicker.

    15. Take that clamp OFF! Your dick probably feels like an exhausted monster.

    16. Give him a stretch. Whatever, you're comfortable with. I do A and V stretches.

    17. Jelq and get comfortable. Let your dick recover some, but stay flexible and pliable.

    18. Start All over again. This time be even more patient. Don't get bumbed if you can't make it to the second, loose clamp set. Remember, that's technically your fourth effort for intense expansion. Most people only recommend 3 sets.

    19. If you made it all the way through, try again, even more cautiously. If you're having trouble, just stop. That's a lot of work. It takes me over an hour to get to this point and that's a hell of a work out.

    20. Jerq off for 20 minutes or so and edge as much as possible. DO NOT CUM.

    That's about as detailed as I can get. It's a long post, but It took me a while to figure it out and I wish I had more access to really detailed routines. Just remember that this is not a newbie routine. I've being PEing for a pretty long time and I've been playing with this clamp for months before I tried to test the terrain and eventually adapt this.

    If you get red speckles on your head or shaft, STOP! I made that mistake early on. Take all this as a loose example and try to listen to your dick. I've over worked it to the point that a little droplet of blood popped out of a pore once. Weird.

    Hopefully I measure some girth gains in a few weeks. I can't imagine this going to waste.

    Clamping is an advanced technique that is potentially very dangerous. You shouldn't clamp if you're a beginner. If you have some traning under your belt and wish to clamp, please do so with extreme caution.

    I've been clamping for about a week, and I have an issue some people may have too.

    I have some flab around my waist area, so I can clamp behind my balls because of the fat there, that I am trying to lose. So instead, I just clamp above the balls.

    The mistake I made was I was pushing the clamp down while it was on, so I can get it around the part of the shaft that is surrounded by the fat in the area. This, though, led me to have some major pain in my testicles.

    Don't be retarded like me. don't push the clamp down into your shaft. Even though the clamp wasn't touching my balls when being pushed down, i guess it was pinching a nerve or something. If felt like I was kicked in the balls, but the feeling wouldn't go away.

    yeah, that's the stuff. if you google "penis clamping guide" i'm sure you'll find lots of useful and very similar pages. read those first, but if you're not getting the work out you expect (and after your dick has been conditioned), maybe you can reference this post to get an idea of what might work for you. make sure you listen to your body and move slowly.

    Are you guys actually using clamps on your penis? Wouldn't a safe leather cockring with snaps be a safer alternative? I used to edge with a rubberband tied around my cock and those sessions brought about great girth and length, but was dangerous when the rubberband was left on too long.

    Big Al's beginner's routine doesn't have any clamping in it and you beginners need to pace yourselves so you don't get fatigued and overtrain or worse yet totally hurt yourself.

    I have been at PE for over ten years and the biggest problem I still have is pacing myself.

    Patience is a virtue fellas. Our cocks want us to take it slow and easy.

    wow, tripod. i just checked out your gallery. that is one of the thickest i've seen ever. with ten years experience, do you have any specific wisdom for us (other than patience is a virtue)?

    i'm surprised to hear you used rubber bands. i tried that a couple times and will never again. it's too difficult to remove a rubber band. that's why i got a clamp... a cable clamp like most of the guides suggest, not like a TABLE clamp or something else you might find in a garage. it's amazing how it seems like cable clamps were specifically designed for pe. obviously they weren't, but it is convenient for us.

    You are too kind sir, too kind. Most of my thickness comes from pumping, but I supplement my pumping routine with PE. You might have thought that I got all of that thickness from jelqing and clamping which is just not so. Jelqing and clamping are slow going and I have to admit that I thought that you guys were using automotive clamps on your penises! lol!!!! I looked up cable clamp and got the picture immediately (I used to be in the cable industry ten years ago... these must be fairly new). You are soooooo right, those clamps look like they were made for PE! lol!! I am gonna be driving past a Graybar in a couple of weeks, I'll stop in and see if they have any clamps... I think I want a red one.

    Well, as far as advice, I would say to try to add pumping to your routine, since it can give you instant results so that you don't overdo it with the manual PE. Most people want results yesterday and have no patience... pumping can help with that. The only thing about pumping is that it puts innordinate amounts of pressure on your skin and not as much pressure on the inside of the penis. The penis can only grow from the inside out, so pumping is pretty much innefective for permanent growth as compared to manual PE. Pumping also does NOTHING for your erectile strength and can stretch the tunica so much that you can't get a proper boner. That is why I have ben sooooo thankful for Big Al's presence on this board. He has a wealth of PE knowledge that is eclipsed by really nobody else around.

    I am now enlarging my cock from the inside out as well as pumping up for size and visual purposes. I have self esteem issues and get a bit of social anxiety that all goes away when I feel the weight of my fat cock and big ass balls. I pump mainly for psychological reasons.     The bioflavanoids, butcher's broom and horse chesnut is for vascular health. I got a vicious hemroid that went into thrombosis last year about this time. It was brutal and sidelined me from doing any PE for a couple of months. Through researching alternatives to surgery, I came across an old herbal combination that stimulates the smooth muscle cells of your arteries and veins (Butcher's Broom and Horse Chesnut). Bioflavanoids are also highly effective against bruising and can rejuvinate your capillaries.

    The butcher's broom, horse chesnut and bioflavanoid are a winning combination and have been having some great results from taking it. They have to be taken after meals or in between meals, don't take the combo with food or before you eat.

    Garlic can also have great benefits to your circulatory system as well... a B-vitamin with 400mcgs. of Folic Acid is actually the bare minimum that all humans must be ingesting... B-Vitamins play a large role in blood formation and tissue growth as well as does Vitamin C (tissue growth and rejuvination). If you want to take C, you should get the Ester-C variety since ascorbic acid (regular C) can cause kidney stones.

    Stimulate yourselves visually too and visualize the penis that you want when you are doing your routine and even when you are not.

    Most of the cock is within your body so concentrate on the lower half of your cock when doing PE. Also try and visualize pulling your dormant cocklength out of your body when you are jelqing (thanx Fuzzy Ken). If you take care of the base of your penis, the base will provide the top half with more blood and nutrients enlarging it without even touching it.

    Also, if you are doing PE and notice that you can't keep your cockskin properly moisterized and the skin always stays kind of dry. Try some Carmex oitment (from the jar) on your cockskin and see if the skin of your penis doesn't come back to life (the skin of the lips is exactly like the skin of the glans and the inner foreskin).
