Yes, we need more agents of our government threatening citizens with repeated rape for exceeding some arbitrarily defined rate of travel.

Aussie/NZ still has time for our Judges to hit these youngsters re there Driving Habits....real bad NZ with the boy racer element
NZ-Killing and Maiming innocents all theyre getting at times are suspended sentences because of age etc..absolute crap'
