thanks yes, i am okay now, just a bit tired and achey....like you, it happens rarely to me, but this was like the hydrogen bomb of vomiting...it was literally all over the walls of my bathroom...and without sounding insensitive, i have a feeling that the smell of that bathroom after 5 hours of explosions from both ends was something akin to Port-Au-Prince.
i *HONESTLY* considered putting toothpaste under my nose, but finally just stuck wads of tissue up my nostrils.
