yes but the D is the most common and the most immunologic(secondaryto abo). the other common are the C.c,E and e.

the rh antibodies are IgG, which can pass through the placenta, sensitisizing the fetal rbcs causing HDN.

Also, mostly only Caucasians test negative for D, if anyone's interested in knowing. Particularly Basques.

I saw a guy on TV talking about donating. He was very hot. He was right at 6 feet. He weighed around 175#. He had thick dark hair and the brightest blue eyes. Very smooth skin. He had one of those naturally athletic bodies and he moved like a dancer when they showed him playing sports. Just an all around heart-breakingly, achingly good looking guy. PLUS, he was smart. He was studying to be an engineer and he was funny. Naturally he had a great smile with big white teeth. He said he donated all the time... I think he said the clinic had sought him out, but I'm not sure. He was so good natured about. He even got a the nicest little blush going when he talked about the room with the girlie magazines where he did his best work. I thought DAMN, momma why didn't you go looking for something like that!!!

Since then, I've gotten really excited from hearing about hot straight guys telling about their donations. (Of course, conceit is very ugly and can ruin the most beautiful guy. I don't care to hear from guys like that.)

Hung;

Just curious,
Did you donate your sperms?
In one of your posts as far as I remember you mentioned about kids?
would like to hear the story.

Since the advent of a Computer and the Internet in my home I have learned about Sperm Donations. I entered "Sperm Donor" and received many sites. One time I even entered "male sperm donor." Upon reflection I thought, how stupid I am. Of course you have to be a male to donate sperm. Generally speaking I have ascertained that you must be in great health and complete a series of questions on on-line or via mail forms. Of course you must be younger than a certain age. The last time I looked it was 35 years.

Of course sperm preservation is another whole new concept. For instance, members of the military may store sperm for future use just in case. But that is another subject.

Usually Sperm Banks desire a personal visit before hand to ascertain why you are motivated to do so. I would urge anyone interested to check out the various web-sites.

Additionally, I am aware that one can become a designated sperm donor. In this case you find a female who desires your sperm and you produce it in a clinical setting. Of course, there is always the old fashioned way. Personal Injection which was always fun for me.
