As a former sperm donor I can confirm of the many questions I was asked prior to donation, this was not one of them.

Well if that is true then your looks of your child shouldn't matter either. Yet many people choose sperm or egg donors based on looks.

Having a friend who recently went this route with her wife, they did choose on looks but it wasn't because of how big they wanted their potential daughter's breasts to be or their potential son's penis to be but based on how similar their sperm donor resembled her spouse so that their family had a better chance of resembling both of them even though biologically, one of them is not blood related to their child.
