I was wondering what is the best way to increase your sperm volume, and when I say increase I want tons of cum coming out of my dick!!!:wink:

Any comments?

For a one time deal, you should have to prepare all day, stroking yourself to near orgasm, then holding back. This will build up some sperm volume that will eject when you finally cum.

If you're looking for a fix in general, I think you're stuck with genetics. I know there are products that claim to increase your sperm output, but I think they have doubtful efficacy.

If you exercise your pubococcygeus muscle, you may get more forceful ejaculations.

NO2 (Nitric oxide) suppliment is avail @ GNC and everywhere, take 5-6g a couple of times per day. It's for cardio vascular health and strong pumps after a workout- so not embarrassing to buy. ZMA each night before bed helps too, also available at GNC etc. and stay well hydrated.

I found the above all good advice but I also noticed gains in volume after taking a 'Macca' supplement. Macca is a Peruvian sweet potato like food source, after taking it I would do PC exercises and could feel an increase in blood flow in the area.

As far as foods, I'd say load up on chicken breast, turkey, salmon, flank steak, peanuts, pumpkin seeds & yogurt. Also, drink PLENTY of water. I'm a bit of a health nut so I eat everything I mentioned quite often, I also drink about a gallon of water(flavored with cucumber sliced) every day.

Everything I've mentioned is EXTEREMELY high in zinc, L-Arginine & L-Lysine... also, since you're in Japan, you might want to see if you can get a hold of some Deer Antler Velvet Extract and Tongkat Ali. Both are readily available in Asia, whereas I have to special order mine.

Not sure if it's my diet, but lets just say I've surprised a few girls with the amount I put out.

I see a major increase after I've drank mate a couple hours prior to blast off.

Mate is a tea from South America, it can be purchased in any major super market, not sure if they will have it in Japan though...

Well I did some research on Macca and it seems it can be used in place of sugar, which is pretty cool but also it boost the libido so that may be why you noticed a gain in volume. I think I will order some!!!

I have found that the longer the sex/masturbation goes on for the more I cum (and further too)

Also, I keep a good diet. Lots of lean meats (Chicken, beef, turkey, fish).

I workout a minimum of 1 hour every other day to 1 hour every day (and hour workout is roughly running 2 miles, doing 50 squats, 50 push ups and 50 sit ups with a 10-15 minute streach session before and after)

I heard that lecithin can help? Has anybody used it before?

I read somewhere that soy lecithin increases the amount of estrogen in the body... I suspect that it may be somewhat true because I supplemented with lecithin for a very short duration last year and I def noticed the loss of my "edge". It was weird. I did NOT notice any change in my semen volume though.

I have however, been cycling Tongkat Ali for about 2 months now and have DEF noticed an increase in my semen volume... and well as a considerable increase in my muscle tone. Also, this girl I've been hangin out with has commented that I feel "thicker":rolleyes:... take that for what it's worth.
