I found that this helps me
(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg.
The magnesium is just for help with muscal fatege like after a work out
How much magnesium and zinc?
 
I never knew there were supplements that did that. I cum pretty thick and copiously, especially if it has been a day or two. And sometimes it can be so thick it can be considered chewable.

My wife absolutely adores the taste of it, though

On a side note, I’ve heard from many sources (of no verifiable scientific expertise, I might add) that thicker cum can be a sign of dehydration. But when there seems rather clearly to be an awful lot of fluid involved, is dehydration really the issue?
