The video is a parody of actual research done by NASA in 1995. You can see the results here:

Unlike in the video, the caffeine web is totally fucked up, while the ones on drugs aren't all that abnormal, as you can see in the link above. Years ago, I got in trouble at work for hanging up a copy of the original NASA report in the break room next to the coffee pot.
