Spitting while at the urinal

I've noticed some guys spit at the urinal. What's that all about? This would seem to be the only time they do it. What's going on here? Are they spitting on their dicks? If not, do guys who have bigger dicks have more of an issue with avoiding doing so? I find this a very strange habit in any case.

I haven't noticed, actually. Maybe they think it is more sanitary than spitting in the sink. Now, why do they spit?

I have never seen this done before but I doubt they are spitting on their dicks. They probably just have a spitting habit and while they are in a building they can't spit on the floor so they do it in the bathroom.

I do that sometimes. I'm always spitting loogies though because I smoke. If I'm indoors long enough to where the mucus has built up and I go to the bathroom to take a leak, I just let it out right there and then.
