Ok, before you all continue to freak out, there's one thing I don't think a lot of you have looked at, the Tribbulus Terrestris he's taking. I took it for a few months, and got mega horny, had trouble peeing, but had no "spontaneous orgasms," what he's describing is almost exactly what i've heard while using some male g-spot massager...
