Spotlight: Hilaire

K8 said it was "typical British reticence" and I suppose she'd know. But being from Boston, I know we can always count on the Irish.

So, hilaire, how did you get so cute and intelligent?

"We?" does that mean you're coming with me?

Sport?
!% ??
What do you think of ladybits?
Degree(s)? - please don't say the Three Degrees :biggrin1:
Do you have specific goals and ambitions? (you don't have to say what they are)
Who's the Daddy?

Good ol' Hilaire. :D

Always good for a heated debate, but a nice guy too.
Can't think of any questions...I'll save them and ambush you in politics. ;)

I was dreadful in school and I sold my soul to the devil years ago, so it's all an illusion, really I'm a half-witted homunculus.

Yay Katt!!!

Hilaire! Yay!

Let's see..

What languages do you speak, othen then english and italian? I speak enough to get by in Spanish, and I learnt German for 8 years in school so on paper I should speak it fluently but really I forget it all until I step off the plane in the Fatherland and then it all comes flooding back  I secretly have good French comprehension and a good french accent, but I hat french so let's not talk about it.

What's your favorite smell or perfume? Two very different questions, my favourite smell is Man, my favourite perfume is Chanel No. 18.

What do you usually wear to bed? Nothing

Do you have any pets? No, I used to have a lot of cats as a kid, but my current leasehold not to mention lifestyle precludes me from owning animals now, I do hope to again one day though.

What's your favorite song at this moment? It's in my sig actually
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8ZGzefGOpXE and here's a decent remix too http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TtM62pES4NM

What do you wan't to be when you grow up? Glamorous and evil, I half way there

Howwww much do you love me? Enough to ruin my figure and have your babies, do you love me enough to pay for the surgery to get me back to my original condition ? I don't want to die with a widened pelvis :biggrin1:

Yeah the cold turkey from the cyclo was a nightmare Rubi, but I conquered that demon, ugly mutherfucker that he was.

Hilaire, I'm going to assume your transplantation to Ireland has taken. (I'll assume you're on cyclosporine.)

My mom's maternal grandparents were Irish. Does this mean we will meet in heaven, you and I? Well since I'm most definitely headed south of Heaven I'd have to say that we may meet in the Irish circle of Hell, but only if you've been an incredibly bad boy!

Do you really expect us to believe kimchi is your favourite dish?
(I mean, man ... get serious.:crackhead:) Or do you eat it for the air biscuits? As it goes, I just love Korean food, almost as much as I love japanese food, but Kimchi shouldn't give you windypops if it's properly pickled, and there are lots of kinds, not just the cabbage variety. I love anything pickled and I love chilli so the combination is a winner.

Do you like Sean O'Feaney's movies? The Grapes of Wrath is good, but I prefer his daughter really.

Do you like "the wine of Ireland"? Actually I very rarely drink Guinness. It's not kind to the tummy.

I hear County Cock is the largest county in Ireland. Is this true? Yes it is, I used to live in the far south west of it, in the middle of nowhere. Despite who shockingly beautiful it is I would not repeat the experience.

Even before seeing yer gallery, I'd heard yer lad plays the meanest harp in Dublin. Would this be true? Me Lad would never do something so "bedahokey", but it can do complex equations, it just never showed me how.

And why would a cute hoor like you be having the name Hilaire anyway? Ah now, I'm not a cute whoore, at best I'm a jackeen gobshite, at worst a feckin plastic paddy. I'll let you into a secret though Rubi, Hilaire isn't my real name :eek::eek::eek:

Hi Nudey

Why do you like living where you live? Where I actually live, my home like ? Well I love it because it belongs to me. The City I live in I love because it's soooooo much fun, has all the amenities of a capital city and becuase I feel the closest I ever felt to "at home" here.

If you could live anywhere in the world what would be your first choice? Italy, specifically Rome, more specifically the Camp de Fiori.

What is your idea of a perfect evening? I should say one where I don't make a tit of myself  But really it would involve lots of chmpagne and lots of attractive men making a big ol fuss of me, perhaps taking place in Positano.

What is the last book you read? two in tandem, Haruki Murakami's "Norwegian Wood", and "The Greeks and Greek Love" by James Davidson.

Are you doing anything special for the Holiday Season? Avoiding recognising that it is the Holiday season at all costs.

If you were stranded on a desert island...what is the one thing you could not do witih out? Hot Boys

What is the first thing you do when you wake up in the morning? Smoke a cigarette and curse the world.

What is the last thing you do before you go to sleeP? Brush my teeth for 8 minutes and slather my eyes in eye cream.

What is the first thing you notice when you meet someone new? Frequently that I'm jealous of their hair.

What is your favorite time of the day? Anytime after 5 in the evening.

What words or phrase do you most overuse? "Indeed" and "Cunt"

What do you smell of right now? Tea, marlboro lights, and Chanel Cristalle Eau Verte.

Hilaire is_going to live forever young because we have a ironclad deal, right Lucifer?!

Howaya Drifter ?

Sport? I love Rugby ( and not just for the men ), and I love athletics ( not just for the men )

!% ?? ***&%%$$$$!!!!

What do you think of ladybits? I think they believe their own hype, but they have their charms.

Degree(s)? - please don't say the Three Degrees :biggrin1: OK I wont.

Do you have specific goals and ambitions? (you don't have to say what they are) No, I have general ones.

Who's the Daddy? ME!!!!!

Who do you consider glamorous and evil?
Would this be considered glamorous and evil? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Sxu8ddGvVZ8

What about someone who is dowdy and angelically good?

More like - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wecBzEbQEjk or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GeEq7_nsMho

Being an impressionable child in the 1980s I think Alexis and Sable Carrington had a highly diluterious effect on my moral fibre :biggrin1:

I love the dowdy and the angelic, the terms of my mephistophelian contract indicate that they are exactly the people I have to work to corrupt. ;)

but Kimchi shouldn't give you windypops:

The windypops? I think that's what I think it is...
Is that an Irish, UK, or just brit-english term?

Do you find your speech patterns and lingo become more "Americanized" when you talk to us, or watching American tv, movies, etc? (lawyer vs solicitor, etc)

What remote far outpost island would you most like to visit?

Word has it that you are Irish or at least know somebody Irish, is this how you got your screen name?

If you were to become a piece of currency, which would you be and why?

Are you a secret monetary supporter of Wikipedia?

What or who, brought you to this site?

Is Ireland really made of emeralds? (I've heard it called the Emerald Isle yet, a google search finds one in North Carolina)

Are Irish men and women as sexy when on Irish soil as they are when I meet them elsewhere?

(this may have been asked already, but what the heck) Do you ever enjoy watching American (U.S.A.) programs on television or would/do you prefer programs from some other place?

Word has it that a giant iceberg is drifting towards Australia (scientists expect it to melt and break up) if a similar thing were headed towards Island how would you react?

One last one- what's your general feeling about Guinness (the drink, not the records book)?

Windypops is an English phrase I think, but one used mostly by children

My speech patterns change depending on whom I'm talking to a bit I suppose, but not really my lingo, though perhaps I am as much of a victim of the americanisation of the English language as anyone else.

Lawyer is normal usage here too btw, "Attorney" would be conciously americanised, so would americanized

God so many to choose from. I can't really say Sakhalin because it's not remote enough, so I'll have to say any of the larger islands of the Kuril archipelago.
