You rang?Give me something to come on down on and I will!
Can I assuming this is the next spotlight thread?
(Hang on - I thought I was supposed to be answering the questions! :wink
:1244:
Good choice! Excellent choice! :biggrin1:
Thanks - always said cb had excellent taste (thx to you too, cb)
Which country do you feel most affiliated with these days? Europe
Where do you consider 'home'? Ireland will always be home. I don't believe I could change that if I wanted to. Driving in from the airport to my folks place there is this curve in the road and, as you drive round it, the Dublin mountains come into view close enough to see the windows glinting on the scattered housing. There's a specific feeling that hits me with that view that has never replicated elsewhere.
What's your favourite breakfast (excl Hickboy)? I'm not sure I have one - I'm quite a breakfast cereal person: Weetabix, Branflakes, muesli. Most morning I'm never up early enough to do any more than throw a cup of coffee down my throat - then it is school run, walk dogs and stuff. I LOVE pancakes for breakfast - but I couldn't ever get it together to actually make them for myself for breakfast...
What attributes do you most admire in people?
Honesty is a big deal for me. Followed closely by a sense of humour and a natural inclination to equality.
What music do you like?
Most of it. I guess I like guitar based rock music most - I mean my playlist is heaviest in that - but I listen to folk, classical, pop, techno, blues, etc. too.
Define 'Sundries' please
Absolutely - and I know you do too!If you had two corndogs and one plate where would you put the hot sauce?
A safe bank in Iceland! (I'm not crazy 'bout hot sauce)
When eating onions do you find it better to use a French cheese or a Greek cheese?
Greek!
What borught you to LPSG in the first place?
Google and the fact I had to have a username and password to see a picture of David Tennant that alex8 had posted.
Have you ever been inspired by an animal?
Inspired? No - I don't think so - impressed, certainly - animals are capable of wonderful things. But not inspired, no.
If you were to come back in your next life as someone else, who would it be?
You. Um, or perhaps (time not being an issue) Alexander the Great.
Do you have a tiara?
No.
Your favorite cookie?
Peanut butter cookie.
Favorite actor?
Donald Sutherland or Clint Eastwood - I think it is a tie.
Favorite actress?
Madeline Kahn.
If you were to be stranded on a desert island (at a full service hotel, managed and run by thought commands), who would you choose to be there with you?
HickBoy (and my offspring).
After making hemp ropes, do you then polish your toenails?
Would you make out with me? Not a perv question, just am I cute enough to get your 10%.
Give me something to come on down on and I will!
Uh Hicks,me,Jennuine and Mr . Ed
Can I assume this is the next spotlight thread?
You may indeed!
(Hang on - I thought I was supposed to be answering the questions! :wink

Where was your wildest exploit? (sexual or non)
Wildest? Yikes - everything that is coming to mind seems pretty tame in the light of the guy asking the question  - For some reason driving down a steep mountain in Kerry while tripping outrageously on acid and ketamine springs to mind - I seem to recall having my head out of the window as I drove because the windscreen was covered in shiny, shiny slugs.
What is your idea of a perfect day?
Me, my man and a picnic on a warm, sunny day in the mountains (Dublin or Appalachian)
What is your favorite place to go on holiday?
Currently Charleston, before that it was probably the Greek Islands.
What is your most treasured memory of childhood?
Gosh, um - I have a few - getting letters from the Toothfairy (dad) and mum making chocolate cake and chocolate custard every monday after swimming. Oh, and arriving on holidays in Dunmore East in the rain and running into the sea with my sister, fully clothed. I have no idea what age I was - I'm guessing 9 or 10.
What is your favorite meal?
Roast chicken and baked potatoes with sweetcorn.
When are you coming to New York?
I wish I could give you a date on that - when are you coming to France?
What is your favorite thing about LPSG?
The fact I can log on whenever and there is usually something happening - and that I can log off again if I don't like it
Who do you most admire?
Both my parents - for very different reasons. My father for his determination and my mother for her compassion.
Why the Miss P avatar?
I wondered who would ask me that. I have a fondness for Miss Piggy anyway and the first time I ever used an avatar on a message board I happened to pick the Miss Piggy / Plump Fiction mock-up - it became a theme - Plus, there are so many Piggy pics out there - it easy to change and yet stay recognisable.
How did you become so fabulous?
You can borrow my bra and the panties as well. What is your favorite British slang word? You guys have so many good ones.
And don't they just look wonderful on you, darling :kiss:I'll take those panties, if you don't mind.
MB- I'm so glad the babe picked you. I enjoy reading your posts, you always make me laugh.
Thanks  - we aim to please (me and my team of writers, that is).
Where do you suppose you got your sense of humor from?
Hum - maybe from my dad, partly - from being picked on a bit in school, you would not believe the number of times I've thought of a 'witty' comeback 5 mins too late - well, I have them all fucking memorised now! So ha!!
Funniest movie you've ever seen?
Stir Crazy or maybe Blazing Saddles and these days Fargo is up there in the running too.
Favorite comedian/comedianne?
Bill Hicks
When someone here pisses you off and you blast him/her, before you press submit, do you ever wonder whether you should or not?
Yes - nearly always - there has been more than once I have misread a post and started to reply only to reread what I was responding to and realise my response was way off. Maybe some people think I'm OTT sometimes (always?) but I do consider what I post. If I'm being caustic it is intentional but I don't do it wantonly.
You mentioned offspring- how many children do you have?
Hi Manly. I love your posts, your avatar and your username. But how did you pick "Manly Banisters"? Does it mean anything?
