yes, my mom is my hero. she brought me into this world, raised me to be a good person, taught me right from wrong, and made endless sacrifices so i wouldn't have to live a hard life. she is so strong, so amazing, and i know some day when she's gone i'm gonna have big shoes to fill.

yep! and not only can i cook, but i can clean too! :smile: i learned how to cook from my mom, hence the reason why i look up to her and she's had me in the kitchen since i was kid. the best dish she ever taught me to make is a sweet and spicy chicken and celery stir-fry. it's delicious!

yes, i do. i speak 2 other languages.

i don't know when or if this will happen again. every time i've suggested it, people say they're in but they flake out last minute. i also got cheesy replies from guys who tried sweet-talking me into arranging "private meet-ups" LOL :rofl: sooooooo lame!

the first meeting was fun and it was nice to see the members who showed up. i wish you could have been there! however, i don't think there'll be any LA meets happening any time soon. if i do plan another one though, it will definitely be in the LBC!

too often, lol. lately i've been buying shoes like every other week. i usually try not to get so many shoes at the same time but it's so hard to resist. just within this month i've already bought 3 pairs... black pointy sling back heels for work. khaki knit slip-on flats for weekends. then tonight, a pair of black and silver zebra/graffiti zoo york sneakers. i just couldn't resist. i found this other pair of zoo york sneakers that were leopard print with roses, which i loooooved! but they won't have my size until next week so i've gotta go back for them!

to be honest i never thought it could ever happen for me. the idea was still very new, but at the same time i thought it'd be a great way to socialize and make friends. when i met B though, he definitely changed my mind and i had a newfound perspective of the many ways people can meet and fall in love.
