anyone1 help?

I have just recentley got these red marks on my penis head and forskin, i have not had unprotected sex, and they seem to get redder with friction, i have also noticed very small white spots on the penis head

While there may be doctors on the site, there's no substitute for an in-person visit, and this isn't a medical site. It could be nothing. There have been several threads here about white bumps being totally normal, but you really should get it checked out anyway. Good luck, and go SOON.
