    I'm 3 weeks into my new PE efforts and I'm starting a journal here to record it (I started one at Spunkyboy2008's progress log - Penis Enlargement Gym but the last time I tried this this the site disappeared, along with my records).

    Start date: 2009-05-16

    Routine:

    Warm up in shower
    Stretch straight out, down, right, left right. 30 seconds each (repeat 3 times)
    150 wet jelqs
    Warm down

    Exercise on alternate days, one day on one day off.

    First measurement 2009-05-22
    BPEL 17.6cm (6.93”), EG 12.9cm (5.08”)

    Second measurement 2009-06-05
    BPEL 18.0 cm (7.09"), EG 13.1 cm (5.18")

    So in two weeks I have gained 0.4 cm in length and 0.2 cm in girth :smile:

    Any comments or advice gladly recieved!

    good gains, and congrats.
    just a question from someone who's new to this: what do you mean by 'wet' jelqing?
    i heard about jelging, but is wet jelqing when a lube is used on your penis?

    Hi L84 and thanks! Yeah, wet jelqing is when you use lube so your hand slides over your penis easily. You can do it dry too, but I've never tried that (it is more intnse and not suitable for beginners i don't think)

    The PEGym is an excellent free site for learning about all aspects of PE.

    Thanks Big Al, I'm also at PE Gym too. It is a good site I think. It's just a bit confusing that there are so many different routines recommended. I used this one before though and am trying it again because it is simple.

    As long as the routine is sensible and progressive, stick with it for at least 4 weeks in order to see gains.

    Seem to have got gains so far, after three weeks and two weeks after the first measurement so I'll be sticking with it for now. I was thinking of measuring every 2 weeks and only changing if it stops working. What do you think?

    That sounds good. You seem to be a patient sort, and that will go a long way to helping you stay on the right track towards continued gains.

    Here's my latest update. More gains!

    It's two weeks since my last measurement and a month since the first. I've kept up the same routine, but I've missed a few days PE unfortunately because of things I couldn't do much about.

    Here are the results:

    First measurement 2009-05-22
    BPEL 17.6cm (6.93”), EG 12.9cm (5.08”)

    Second measurement 2009-06-05
    BPEL 18.0 cm (7.09"), EG 13.1 cm (5.18")

    Third measurement 2009-06-19
    BPEL 18.3 cm (7.20"), EG 13.5cm (5.31")

    That's an estimated volumetric increase of over 14% since you've started- good work :)

    Thanks for the encouragement! I hadn't thought of it like that.

    It seems I've almost reached my short-term goal (7.25") now, but I'll report back in another two weeks (3 July).

    It's two weeks since my last measurements, so today I measured again but I haven't gained since last time.

    This is only the fourth measurement I've done, but the first I haven't seen any gains so I'm feeling a little disappointed.

    Should I continue with my routine for a while or switch to something new?

    How are you feeling from your workouts? Are your erections improving, staying the same, or faltering?

    I don't seem to feel quite as good after my workouts. It's hard to say exactly how though. My erections seem about the same, maybe not quite so good. I have had a bit of a cold in the last few days.

    A cold could affect the way you perform. Are you taking rest as needed (layoffs, etc.)?

    It's definitely the cold! Please, Take it easy!
    I lost 3 inches of girth and 4 inches of length during my brief hospitalization with an induration of my corpus collosum which then infected my canals of Schlemm. I was treated appropriately with antibiotics and billberry. I recovered my shaft length and girth shortly thereafter by a disciplined PE procedure and a membership in PE for Jesus, a brand new religious based PE forum. (sort of like the Lutheran Missouri Synod experience but with intense masturbation.)

    It was only a minor cold (sore throat for two days), I wasn't off work or anything. I didn't stop doing PE. I'm carrying on as usual at the moment, unless you think i should have some sort of change.

    Routine is every other day:

    10 minute warm up in shower
    30 second stretch down, right, up, left, out (x3)
    150 wet jelqs

    Boy, 150 wet jelqs. I did 175 wet jelqs once and my penis exploded at the Sphincter of Oddi. When all the tissue settled I had to settle for a 5x6.
