I'm 3 weeks into my new PE efforts and I'm starting a journal here to record it (I started one at Spunkyboy2008's progress log - Penis Enlargement Gym but the last time I tried this this the site disappeared, along with my records).
Start date: 2009-05-16
Routine:
Warm up in shower
Stretch straight out, down, right, left right. 30 seconds each (repeat 3 times)
150 wet jelqs
Warm down
Exercise on alternate days, one day on one day off.
First measurement 2009-05-22
BPEL 17.6cm (6.93), EG 12.9cm (5.08)
Second measurement 2009-06-05
BPEL 18.0 cm (7.09"), EG 13.1 cm (5.18")
So in two weeks I have gained 0.4 cm in length and 0.2 cm in girth :smile:
Any comments or advice gladly recieved!
