his method works (at least for me and my ex) for back bowing orgasms. and yes you will look as stupid happy as the woman in the video.
for me, feeling like i had to pee was the sign i was doing it right. the area stimulated is just under the urethra so when you press/stimulate that area your body goes "damn i need to pee" be brave. struggle through until your body starts saying "damn i'm going to cum" so worth it.
