I shave all of it off - the pubes, the shaft, the balls, right down to behind the balls. Fortunately for me, my hair grows back very slowly so I only have to shave it once a week. I find that women don't mind a very slight fuzz, as long as there's almost no hair at all. You can always take a look at my profile and photos to confirm that!
It's mostly about being decent and clean for women I might encounter along the way at the last minute. After all, if women go to all that trouble of shaving or trimming their pubes just to make their men happy - why can't we men do the same for them? I wouldn't even go down on a woman if she had hair down there, so it would only be fair if I kept my tool hair-free. Besides, I love the clean feeling down there when it's all shaven!
As for you guys who complain that you get a rash whenever you shave, try this cream I use: Equate Dry Skin Cream (you can get it at the local Wal-Mart). It actually works miracles... any rash that I get during the shaving process disappears immediately as soon Equate's lathered on (no, I ain't kidding!!)
It does make you feel a bit greasy down there, but it prevents the balls from stickin' to the thighs. You can try applying very little, so it would feel a lot less oily or greasy (it's water-based, not oil-based though.) It might bother a few guys, but it doesn't bother me... every one to his own! :biggrin1:
Believe me, I've tried so many creams and lotions with no results or some even caused burning sensations with worse rashes. One day, my girlfriend suggested that I try some Equate since it works on our kids' rashes, so I reluctantly decided to go ahead and use it. Once I used it, WOW! I was blinking my eyes wondering if I was imagining things when it did its magic. Best of all, it's CHEAP at about three bucks for a tub of that shit. You don't even need to use much each time, so one jar would last you for a long, long time.
Hope my advice on this helps y'all. Remember... whatever works for me MIGHT not work for everybody else!!! So don't blame me if you go out and buy it and it doesn't work for you. (I have extremely sensitive skin so it might very likely work for most guys anyway...)
