Hello. I am looking for the best ways to increase erection strength and stamina. I just had my first time and it was less than expected. I used to get really hard erections but for some reason I can only work myself up to about a 65%er now. I believe this may be because of stress. What are some good exercises to increase me erection strength and my stamina? I've been doing kegels as of lately along with the beginners PE routine.
