I grew up on re-runs of the original series and was a huge fan. TNG I thought was a great show and like an evolution from the original. Only watched DS9 occassionaly, was never a huge fan but know some people who think it's the best of the franchise. I wanted to like Enterprise but it fizzled in the first few seasons before getting really later.
The original cast in Wrath of Khan and Voyage Home were great! Even their final movie together was enjoyable. Enjoyed First Contact from TNG a lot. And was pleasantly surprised by last year's prequel, was better than I was expecting.
