I have a rubber stretcher that is a good inch plus in length, use lube when putting it on, started real tight, took 6 months and I have a good inch plus in length, not as high and tight as before unless it is real cold. I also use the stretchy cockrings, they tend to wear out over time stretching, so I double them up to get more use before pitching them out.
decided to start out stretching my scrotum skin to get it to loosen up. might not want my spermatic cords longer, I’ll see once the sack gets looser

You can start off with various size widths of leather adjustable stretchers. Very inexpensive. From there you can move onto weights if you so desire.
