ok, so the wife and i are taking a 1-2 month break cause of recent problems and i want to suprise her when she comes back.

i take a vimax daily, wear the extender for 3-5 hours a day (and sometimes to bed) and i recently started jelqing 150 reps twice a day.

im currently 7.25" x 5.5" and am hoping to add a little and have a suprise for the lovely lady when she returns.

does anybody have any suggestions or thoughts on what ill be able to achive in the next few months?

I'm not sure the cause or extent of your problems, or what kind of shape you're in presently...but I honestly think doing something else to better yourself will be more overall useful and more noticed by her. If you want to do PE that's fine, but if you're looking to give a pleasant surprise to your wife in the span of 1-2 months there are better things you can do.

Hey Jinky,
As BluECliq the problem you are having is I'm sure nothing to do with the size of your penis, PE is great but if you are doing it for the wrong reasons I believe you should take a deeper look at your relationdhip. Women like surprises but the one your preparing for her isn't the one I'm sure. Good luck mate.

ive already cut down over 20lbs and have gotten into the swing of being more active so im sure she will notice that....even though i see her 1-2 times a week.

there is a huge list of why we are on a "break" and along with that, we havent been intimate in over a year because of other reasons. im doing everything for my own health not because of our relationship stand point.

I would suggest you join a PE dedicated forum like Thunder's Place, or PE Gym. Thunder's Place only accepts new members every so often, and then limits the numbers, so you might need to wait.

Don't necessarily count on making gains within a couple of months that are significant enough for her to notice. You might, but women aren't always that good at noticing small differences in penis size.

I would emphasize doing Kegels, since this results in improved erection quality (EQ) for most guys, and women do tend to notice that. For many guys, the first thing they notice is improved EQ and enhanced flaccid size, before they see increases in erect length or girth.

On the other hand, some have reported substantial "newbie gains" within a few months time, so it is possible. No one can predict what your gains will be, or anyone else's, for that matter.

I've been doing kegels since I can't remember and at times do them while having a conversation with people. As far as my erection quality goes, I have zero complaints and have been asked by a few ex g/fs if I take cialis/viagra.

Not to toot my own horn, but the skin around my penis gets tight like its being pulled constantly. Sure I have my on and off times where I may climax fast then others where it just wont happen unless I continuously flex and hold my PC tight.

There have been multiple times where I'll stop thrusting and repeatedly flex it while inside her and she will ask if I'm cumming or not. Speaking of which, I'm doing kegels right now while typing this responce from my Droid on lunch/dinner break.

There are recommended beginner's routines outlined on both PE Gym and Thunder's Place. Basically they consist of Kegels, stretches, and jelqing.

Start out slow and see how you respond. Don't set any goals initially. If you do not experience any soreness or loss of EQ, you can ramp up the intensity and duration a little at a time and see how you respond.

Try to get some accurate initial measurements so that you can monitor your progress. Obviously, flaccid length and girth are moving targets, but try to get an estimate or a typical range for both. Try to measure erect girth at midshaft and wherever it is maximal. Measure your bone-pressed erect length and non bone-pressed erect length. I would also measure your maximal bone-pressed stretched flaccid length, since this is more convenient to measure than erect length, and not influenced by EQ.

You may see up and down fluctuations. Measuring too frequently can be counterproductive, like checking the stock market every day to see what your stock portfolio is doing.

Second everything that Redbear52 said. The cliche is "PE is a marathon, not a sprint" so start out slow. Both PEGYM and Thunder's Place are great sites.

DO NOT wear that extender overnight while sleeping. If it is a traction device that utilizes a stretch cord loop back just behind the head of your glans DO NOT WEAR IT OVERNIGHT. This places pressure atop of a nerve cluster that can be damaged over time. If you loose that nerve, or experience even the slightest tingle in/around the area that loop contacts your skin with pressure or around the tip of your penis - TAKE IT OFF. If you're asleep and the tingle is not enough to rouse you, it can quickly move into the area of pain that will awaken you and the damage is DONE. Repeat after me: "I will not wear my traction device to bed under threat of impotence." You loose that nerve and sensation at the head of your prick, not even a rotary sanding machine will get you off. ;D

That is not to say that you cannot use it at all, just NEVER, EVER sleep, do anything that could make you sleep (prescription meds, alcohol) or do anything that could make you pass out while you have some sort of device attached to your body that uses pressure or restriction for it to maintain it's hold. There is also the chance of clotting wherever blood flow is not 100%. Take the device off and inspect yourself several limes during the day, rub and stroke the constricted areas to get some circulation back in there. If it's sort of feeling too sore to place the device back on for another stretch set, you know it's time to *rest* yourself. Overnight, if you are healthy that is; you'll have an erection cycle that will naturally help to flex and work out any net gains that you are working towards without the device hanging off the end of it.

Low and slow is critical. Moist heat application with towel or a designed for it heating pad is nearly just as critical. And remember, use your personal comfort as a guideline. Pain, tingling, discomfort and discoloration are very CLEAR warning signs. (But a low, dull ache like you just had the most mindblowing marathon sex session is okay - that's used feeling, not abused. :> )

Thanks for the insight double!!! It does get sore after having it on for a few hours, but daily masturbation or jelqing clears up the soreness very quickly. Ill take your advice and no longer wear it when I sleep instead, just use it during the day.

There is a slight 'stinging' feeling around the head when I take it off and it too goes away rather quickly when I take it off. The only feeling I get where it seems like crazy sex is after jelqing or working my PC out by stopping just before I climax then starting again....repeat.

Its been a little over a week since I started doing everything and looking at myself in the mirror each day I see a VERY SLIGHT change while flaccid. Don't know if its wishful thinking and I've promised myself not to measure until after the first month, but it does make me feel a little better inside.

With the stretcher, vimax and jelqing I am seeing a lot more rock hard morning salutes than usual. Have woken up a few times cause it honestly felt like my penis was being forced from the inside and had a somewhat painful erection.

In any case, ill take your words of advice and stop sleeping with it on. THANKS AGAIN!!!

And today marks the 3rd week of my routine. Zero complaints so far with what I imagine are the typical aches or whatever, and im sticking to my schedule quite easily. Im currently thinking of going a bit more extreme with it and trying harder.

I had some great morning glory today and couldn't resist a quick measure to see if it changed. Came up with a shade over 7.25 x 5.75.... I was hoping to gain length, but wont refuse adding girth by any means.

Its hard to determine if I've added any flaccid size as im a "grower", but it appears to droop a little more. Again, im hoping this isnt wishful thinking and in my head cause im trying to get bigger, but the tape measure doesn't lie. WOOT, WOOT!!!
