I had a friend in kansas, 15 yrs ago, that was going out with a girl who lied about her age claiming 18, when she was 15. He was 19. She looked like she was 20, and was allowed to look this way. She was also allowed to spend the night. Per se her. After 2 months he finds her middle school id, and breaks it off. So her parents find out and press charges. Now this shitty little liar and her fucked up parents, have won. And for the rest of his life he will be a registered sex offender. Statutory charges should have to be brought by the "victim".
