Lol - possibly in your world! It's not like the other half doesn't do housework, more that I'm around and am in poll position. Currently. It shifts and changes over time.

But... But... How do you calculate the *exact* amount of sex you are owed?

Cannot compute

Ohhh... I think it works out ok ;)

On a wider point, so I do a specialised job from home. I earn a decent amount and have elected to work 3.5 days per week, 'cos I like my free time rather than money. She works full time in a front-line manager capacity. I still earn 60% more than she does.

There was a time, before kids when we were in London, when she was earning (to my eyes) megabucks and we didn't know what to do with all the money. Children put paid to that. Kids turn out to be quite time-consuming and when she felt ready to return to work a) she actually lacked the confidence and b) it was in the aftermath of the last recession and she had to start, all over again, at the bottom of the work pile.

There's me, pootling along quietly in the same organisation for 20 years and by doing nothing, by not physically having children, I now earn a lot more.

Now that doesn't seem right

and taking pets to the vets that final time

Our vet came to my home when our Sammy needed help. Him and his nurse. They even offered to help us bury our boy.

I carried him to his grave myself.

I found a mommy blog (so TW, pregnancy) that spoke well to raising sons (all the writer has) to be household managers.

I personally paid my son to do beyond the normal/not his week chores. But he had several expected tasks, too.
Why I Won’t Pay My Sons To Do Chores

Here’s what resonated for me:

So it’s not just that I want to teach my boys to wash their dishes without complaining about it. I mean, of course I want that, but what I really want is for them to enter adulthood with a set of core competencies in domestic stuff: how to meal plan for the week, how to dust blinds (and how often), how to pull leaves out of gutters (and when). I don’t want them to say to their wives and girlfriends “just tell me what to do and I’ll do it.” I want them to already know.

THE SHADOW PANDEMIC: WOMEN WORK LONGER, SLEEP LESS DUE TO COVID-19 | Ethnic Media Services

Are we surprised?

disclosure, I have written a piece for this service.
Not this one,

My love works for the minister of edumuckation here...........she loved working from home...and hated it too.

The Pros....She loved not having to get up early to catch public transport. She loved being able to get on her walking machine, she loved just walking up the road though to get her double light cappuccino, blue rasberry with pink twinkles on top (no, I'm not a coffee drinker:)) She loved not having to catch public transport home or paying money too.

The Cons.......She hated the slow internet at times, being cut off, and having to log back in...also when she was intervieing people for jobs...they wer self concious because it was a multiple feed and they could see themselves. Also talking to the big Kahuna was a little offputting via cam too.

Tell me who is worse...son or daughter floordrobe? Daughter hands down...........I had sisters........my mum and dad were very diplomatic toward them.......my brother and I didn't cut the same slack :) :)..I have daughters and sons too............for some reason, they always thought we buried their favourite clothes at the bottom of the drawer...........................

Pro.........she had me as company when I was around....................yup....hard work.:) :).....Men At Work........

Don't know vibes the women are usually rougher on their daughters from my experience. I have also seen the elder sisters catch heat for the baby brothers.
