Does it actually cause the penis to lengthen in time or is it merely for visual appeal and false advertising?
I'm wondering this also, was just looking into it. They say it lengthens but I wonder if it's for real or just more bs.

But it's still a legit claim. It's very hard to see the difference between a couple of centimeters anyway. the guy who posted the picture also works for the company, so it's hard to gauge the truth.

whatever... this is the very reason we don't do any before and after comparison pics ourselves and/or post such images with class of gains on the website. It is too easy to fake results from one frame to the other. This is what the guy sent in to us and this is what I send to guys when they ask for a before and after shot. Take it or leave it... doesn't matter to me cause i did not make the comparison a third party Stealth user did.

I'm only curious as to how well this traction device works. It seems like a good device, but it's hard to want to invest in something this relatively new.

Measurement data in general is very much influenced by subjective values. I think plenty of PE'ers unconsciously stretch their "objective" data as result of personal bias and psychological need to show results for all the hard work they have put in.
The Inner Wear is a passive extender which is designed to maintain near erect extension 24/7. This is useful for flaccid extension training and cementing erect gains achieved thru dynamic techniques of any rigorous PE regime.
The Corkscrew is an active extender that can be used comfortably for up to 8 hrs at a stretch. Just another tool to have for a comprehensive range of techniques and methods that would include hanging of weights and pumping along with traditional manual exercises for the complete PE'er.
Overall the feedback has been mostly positive. Some negative experience can be due to individual anatomy not well suited for the design such as hyper retracting testicles or a thick ball sack transition to the body which does not provide a nice groove for the base band to settle into. These issues can be resolved with a custom order "Extension Sleeve" that is made without the ball band.

I have several steath things. i usually pump with a Hydromax in the mornings, jelq, then I use a stealth thing to maintain my pumped length all day. As with all elongation techniques, it's going to take a while to increase a whole inch, but I firmly believe that it's possible. It just has to be part of your routine, for a long time. I'm sure that it's helped with my overall flaccid length. I've also noticed that if the stealth is just a bit too narrow, when I take it off, my penis gets fatter.
My penis is a bit larger than average, but I still love the feeling of my dick with the stealth thing.. all day long. It's just wonderful.

I have been wearing this on and off for a couple of years, its not meant to be a size increaser, its meant to be an under garment that keeps your flaccid cock from turtling I have often worn it with slacks to show a bulge, but its not a thing I can wear all the time as they have strategically placed a rivet in the area right under the nuts, and since I ALWAYS go commando, it starts to bother the hell out of me after a couple of hours

Wearing the stealth all day seems like easily doable and may be increase the size. So I will order one and see. Thanks a lot guys!

Its just a pic a satisfied user sent in to us at his own discretion. We don't make any of these comparison pics ourselves because they are too easy to fake... even with the same angles etc etc you can create massive "gains" with pics taken moments apart.

What you can do is twist the band so that the smooth edge of the buttons are in contact with the skin. However this is a sensitive area and will often require a period conditioning to being in constant contact with the band. It will go away after 3-4 weeks of consistent use. Otherwise we have a strapless Stealth called the extension sleeve that can be custom made if you prefer.

If I wear my longest stealth extender during the day, I have to use compression shorts to keep me from looking too.... obvious. I certainly don't want to look like a Ken doll, but then again, I don't want to look like a porn star all day.
I use the stealth extender as a very comfortable method to keep my penis fully extended for long periods of time. In my case at least, it does that really well.
I'm so unhung flaccid, I would like to have something that would show a totally realistic bulge without resorting to the old silly stuff a sock down there things. I hate the fact that I show nothing in my pants- kind of like the Ken doll mentioned above. I tried some Andrew Christian briefs and they did nothing for me.
