I've found the definitive underwear for hung guys. Step one from Australia. They are so comfy. I'm a tiny tiny guy and they go all the way to 2XS but the pouch is super stretchy and comfy. I'm 7" soft and I have no issues with them.

They are very comfy. While I don't wear them anymore, they were very comfy. Although I do not have the same appendage concerns lol
