Hi Michigan Rico, Thanks for all the photos of Stephen Amell I think he is hot as hell. And a damn fine body. I have a request please. On last weeks episode Feb. 13, he is in costume minus the top anyway he is wearing the leather pants his crotch is totally awesome and you can tell he is excited the bulge grows quite a lot no vpl but just a full solid bulge. easy to claim.. but none of what you say is true.
1) None of those steps are "easy". They require planning, commitment, time and some cases sweat and hard work.
2) I do all those things (and now I have a fitbit to back up my anecdotal evidence) I hit the gym 4 days a week for at least an hour. walk or bike and hour minimum a day and I weight train. My diet is largely veggies and fruit, I just love em and (per fitbit and calorie tracker) is actually @ 200 to 300 calories LESS than what i burn a day. Yet, I'm still a beefy, guy.. albeit a solid, muscled, beefy guy. But I will never be built like mr Amell. But I'm okay with that. I get plenty of guys and gals that like my build, just fine.
If you are built like mr. amell and you like it.. Thank your genetics too.

As much effort as I put into exercise and diet I know I will never be hunky. I was born with rotten genes. My clavical is very narrow and my ribs are very wide.... Thank your genetics too.
