I think its the contrasting combo of his greying hair + his tanned skin. Stephen hasn't grown his hair out for ages coz of Heels, so we're not used to seeing his graying hair. Maybe also some botox there... hmn
He’s look the same as always if he had short hair. It does look odd in front
