I think John Holmes and his medical measurements can be goolged and it may be even an LPSG tread on him...just key in his name.

A little known fact, that my doctor shared with me, was that Holmes very well may have suffered from a very similar thyroid disorder like I have that enlarged the male gentials doing early puterity stages of growth...research is still on going for hyperthyroidism/thyrotrophin disorders.
Many times the only treatment is a surgical method to remove all or part of the thyroid gland (pituitary) and controlled with medication for life.
I know this to be true because this is a male heredity problem in my family... had an uncle die from it at an early age.
I'm on medication for the rest of my life as treatment.
One of my sons also has this problem as hereditary from me.
He is 23 yrs old an begainning to deal with the onset of this issue.

Though Holmes' vids are impressive to some, they seem to me less so now, than they did back then when there were few mainstream actors who measured up.

(Curiously, there were a few black porn actors and models who did, but they seemed to appear in one or two low budget productions and were not heard of again. They never garnered the mainstream exposure that Holmes did.)
