"Stolen Pic"

Since I've posted pictures off and on for about 10 years in various internet sites, it hasn't been that unusual for me to come across someone using my photo. Today I came across one that is new territory.

On the site below, the second pic on the top row under "Erection Photos" is my cock. I took that with my first digital camera and posted it to an early version of LPSG. I am pretty sure I also put it on RateaRod at some point. At least its a good angle. Maybe I should send them one that is not all washed out.

Have never understood why someone would use another's pics. I mean, the person has their own equipment, why not snap a photo and upload? What's worse, being deemed a fake and pic stealer, or showing an average penis?

The thing about posting our pics on here, they are not copyrighted, so we do not have a legal leg to stand on.

Actually, if you take a photo or create any other "artistic" work, such a painting, drawing, write a story or compuse a piece of music etc, you automatically hold the copyright.

Obviously enforcing this is another matter, but you don't need to apply to register copyright, simply by creating the photo etc the maker holds it.
