Stop the Steal's massive disinformation campaign connected to Roger Stone and Steve Bannon - CNN
To anyone possessing rudimentary control over their mental faculties, this election was settled when Joe Biden pushed comfortably past 270 electoral votes and his tally kept climbing. And if we lived in a nation following the solemn intentions of the framers of the Constitution, the Trump administration would be seamlessly transferring power on Inauguration Day, January 20th to Joe Biden. Unfortunately the current 45th President of the United States continues to play-act as though these election results can be as easily overturned as an NFL touchdown. Moreover, Donald Trump maintains he's in-charge of the instant replay.
I used the term "play-act" because that is exactly what it is. Trump has always known-- even before the 2016 election-- that he was never as popular as Santa Claus. He assumed office in large part by appealing to a legion of lessor-educated, white male voters who were afraid to death that a female devil incarnate (Hillary Clinton) was about to figuratively castrate them once she was elected president. This constituency is particularly receptive to any conspiracy theory about evil plots which threaten to topple their game show folk hero.
Enter one Roger Stone, a snake oil salesman who has operated in the political shadows for decades, emerging on-occasion like some sartorial Boris Badenov to work for Republican candidates who fear there isn't a snowball's chance in hell for them to get elected...without some help. That's where Roger Stone and his small cadre of The Weird come in. They set about dreaming-up voter suppression methods and "scheming-up schemes" that appeal to the worst fears of uneducated, malleable right-wing voters. Anitfa is comprised of incredibly well-endowed African-American males who want to steal your white women-- when they aren't looting and whomping and stomping and burning down cities. If Donald Trump loses it must be that millions of votes were stolen!
Stop the Steal: 500 Trump supporters rally in Delray Beach
Clad in a black T-shirt, cool dude sunglasses and a hat that must have come from a costume shop, Roger Stone spoke to an enthusiastic crowd this past weekend. His latest target: clandestine, super-secret C.I.A. operatives who all hate Donald Trump.
