The reason is that so many *have* been meddled with. Especially "smoothing" features (so-called "enhancing"). I take back it being fake, but I do still suspect some level of skin enhancement here.

I know, I get you. There's too many fakes and edits out there. It just seems unlikely in this instance because he doesn't seem to edit any of his pics, he just dumps his whole roll. I choose optimism
