Can someone please shed some light on what’s actually happening in the video posted? Is this some sort of ritual to see how many men will get an erection in order to weed out possible homosexuals? Or is this some sort of flimsy medical examination? I did see a Stethoscope hanging on the belt of the military guy grabbing their genitals.

I'm sure you didn't mean anything by it but i hate that you used the word "ritual". It feels a little coded/ dog-whistle. Nothing in this video seems religious or culturally symbolic. I'm sure it was just a bad word choice but it bothers me.

I believe he is testing for hernia or any deformities, They let those soldiers run first and then test the scrotal sac if there are "changes".
That's true. In Brazil the military also check your balls to let you enlist. Every boy at 18 has to go there and make the test (which is made naked, and by a doctor, in smaller groups).
Many are release from service before the medical test (like me, they diseased those who use glasses).

what do balls have to do with military power lmaooo? There are too many comments on this topic for me to respond to just one

They are just checking if the men have hernia. It is a common exam, and mandatory in the military in many countries. Usually they ask people to cof or blow against their own arm.

Did doctors really hold the testicles of army recruits and request them to cough? If so, what where they hoping to discover? | Notes and Queries | guardian.co.uk
