I would love it if you would send me a link to the source book for defining sexual identity and orientation that you are using - or better yet, post it here so we can all read it. I’m sure we’re all very curious about it. Cause as far as I know, no such reference exists.
As far as self hatred goes, what you think you read between the lines about others usually says so much more about you. Maybe focus on that instead.
My aim is not to ruffle feathers or attack. And to your point, there are no definitive books or sources (although I'm sure many exist in positing this current shift in men). I only make the point of a shift in what I've noticed with men on sites like these and reddit... It's obviously an evolutionary shift in men's approach to sexuality - especially when the labels/categories are still heavily in use. Ideally, it's no one's business who you have sex with and no one would have anxieties or pressures to enjoy themselves sexually whilst still maintaining the approval of others that they are "Men". But currently they do. The proof is in the exponential growth of gray areas from gay, bi, curious, straight-ish, to straight.
My point is, read this, objectively:
saying they're not romantically "into" dudes, attracted to dudes or can't fall in love with dudes but love chomping on a big fat cock and draining its cum down your throat.
Is that a straight man? No. There's no amount of finessing the label that's going to make the person(s) straight, technically speaking.
As far as self hatred goes, what you think you read between the lines about others usually says so much more about you. Maybe focus on that instead.
Concerning this, there was no "reading between the lines" necessary. He said exactly what he said and I wrote what I wrote exactly as a response to that. I was reacting to, as I already wrote, the seeming concession of not being able to fall in love with a man but to love big, throbbing, cum-filled cocks as somehow being a more acceptable stance. It's justification that insults others and doesn't ring true.
