I notice there are A LOT of questions in this portion of the forum about how straight men react to gay men checking them out at the gym. That's fine and all, and on a personal level, I couldn't care less who is checking me out. But, my question is, do gay guys work out at the gym, or just go to check out guys? haha. I mean, when I'm at the gym, I don't notice anyone or anything. I'm focused on my work out. It's like I tell my friends when who say they are "too embarrassed to go to the gym because they aren't very strong." Real people working out at the gym are concerned with one person at the gym, themselves. haha.

I definitely freeball at the gym every now and then. I’m usually going commando in general, so some times I just forget to bring underwear. As long as I’m not running on the treadmill that day it’s usually not a big deal.
Sometimes I catch other dudes glancing, or doing a double-take. Doesn’t bother me. I do have a pair of white shorts from my soccer days in college. Those are pretty light weight, and you can definitely see the outline of my mushroom head in those pretty clearly. I try to make sure to throw some briefs in my gym bag when I put those in. Sometimes I forget though. Then I get looks, from all types of guys. I also get shit from my lifting partner if I roll up with those on going commando. But he’ll just tease me then we will work out like normal (back when there were gyms)

I've noticed the majority of men freeballing at moment. Dno't know if it's a lockdown thing? Unless they're just wearing baggy boxers. But I feel most guys have either boxer briefs or brief, so if a bulge is swinging - as most are at moment, they must be freeballing.

I FreeBall in the gym when I know I will not be running. It allows me to work out without feeling constricted. Admittedly, I do see guys giving an occasional but discreet glance but motivates me to push my workouts even more.
I've never noticed, but then I've never freeballed or purposefully sought to notice anyone else because A) straight men aren't hoping or looking to get a glimpse of peen and B) I'm there to work-out and don't even bother to look at any women in the gym either, especially given that since I work out with my wife I can always look at her. So if some guys do choose to freeball, it wouldn't effect me either way; although I don't think the gym should be a place to show off one's kibbles and bits and that goes for women who like to have their boobs spilling out of crop tops or tight camel-toe pants as well. Most people, if they are like me, are there to improve their health and body and not to use the gym as sexy time.

I choose gym clothes based on comfort and being a boxer guy, it was hard getting used to tighty whities under my gym shorts. Tried boxer briefs and still a no go. Jamming my boxers under the shorts was uncomfortable and just looked weird so I go commando. I have these grey Adidas kinda meshy shorts that are super soft and the somehow cup my (somewhat) low hangers. They're pretty discrete if you don't look too close. But when I catch myself in the mirror at the free weights, I can definitely make out my mushroom head. There are a couple of regulars in the early morning I catch staring. Which, in my vulnerable morning state before I've had a chance to jerk off, makes me start to chub up which makes that mushroom grow and I'd have to go sit and do some lat pulls so it'd go down. Problem is I'm a leaker so now in addition to trying to hide a rising boner, I've got a wet spot to hide.
