At a gun show anybody can buy a gun w/o having to wait for a background check. :frown1: Yes, I know, it's a ridiculous loophole that really needs to be changed.

A buyer and seller have exactly the same relationship at a gun show as they do outside the gun show. That is, a private (non-dealer) seller can sell one or more guns without performing a "background check." In fact, he can't perform a "background check" even if he wants to. But a dealer must perform a background check (unless he's selling to another dealer), just as he would if the sale happened in his own place of business.

A "dealer" is a federal licensee, a holder of one of the nine types of Federal Firearms License. Anyone selling guns as an ongoing affair or a matter of business must have an FFL. But a person selling Gramps's old wartime rifle, or disposing of his own personal gun collection, is not a dealer, though of course he can sell at a show, or most anywhere else.

The "loophole" is a fraud.

some times when such a pain has been inflicted, then it must be returned and the effort dose not stop till some one is dead. and thats the only way, you can not BEAT a man willing to die, all you can do is kill him. some people with your same fireside story answers for everything have even called it karma on both sides to justify it, well, friend , karma is simply justice with out the satisfaction and theres no justifying what either side has done, so there's your answer. untill you invent the time machine, they are still gonna be pissed and we are gonna keep killing em for it.
