It takes a lot of really stress me out. I find that most situations I am able to logically compartmentalise and deal with them in the appropriate manner. Sometimes, just sometimes, things build up (for whatever reason) and that awful looming feeling of pressure begins. What I usually do to de-stress a situation is make time to do nothing. If I know I have to do something which is really going to stress me out, I will plan for some chill out time afterwards - usually involving laying on the sofa with my fella or reading a book on my bed. I also sometimes make use of audio "mind programming" (their words, not mine) MP3s, some of the best ones are by Paul McKenna. They may not do wonderful things for you, but they certainly relax me.
As Hilaire pointed out, laughing at situations and finding the funny side of things can also be greatly beneficial. Sometimes it seems impossible to laugh about things, but just try to look at problematic situations objectively and things which seem like personal Everest's will soon seem like nothing more than a mole hill.
PS - More sex darling? I'm only a hop, skip and a jump away!
