Hi ladies and hopefully helpful gents. I tried this in the Sex with a Large Penis forum to no avail. Because I am female and looking for advice how to prepare myself to be at the performance level of my previous encounters for my next one, here I am. This is a paraphrasing of my inquiry:

“…I have not done much in a long long time and know my abilities (flexibility, stamina, etc) are not what they were… To summarize, where can I find good stretching and prep exercises for giving head and having sex? I need ones that require no money and provide quick results… Thanks for any constructive advice in advance.”

To clarify, by stretching I mean my arms, legs, back, and jaw. I used to be able to bend over and touch my wrists to the ground while standing or lay on my back and pull my knees around my ears to give an idea of my former range of motion. As for my jaw, sometimes it locks and hurts so bad when it pops that I get tears in my eyes. This is very very bad during oral! Fast improvement is imperative since I might have plans this week.

After many years of strenuous ballet, I wrecked a few joints. Chondroitin Sulfate/Gluccosamine tablets and fish oil tablets (with the occasional Ibuprofen) now keep me lithe and limber.

YouTube has a lot of good stretch videos for free.

But honestly, I swear by the above pills.

yoga is good. gentle yoga streches.
as for your jaw, i suggest not stretching it if it pops. don't do things that hurt to your joints! pain is nature's way of saying, 'stop that shit!'. friend of mine ended up spending a fortune with her dentist to get over bj induced jaw injuries.
...you think i'm joking? i'm bloody well not!

I think recognising that you are not the same person as you were the last time you had sex is the best idea.

You can't bend over backwards and touch the floor? So don't. You can't get both legs behind your own head? So don't.

Sure, become more limber as a long term goal - but you won't get it back in a week.

The jaw thing for BJs is more of a problem because most guys expect a least some cocksucking (presumptuous gits!) but you cannot fix that in a week, I'll wager. Explain the jaw popping pain to the guy and give him a nice handjob with lots of licking.

The research on glucosamine and chrondroitin sulfates are tenuous at best unfortunately. Long term safety does however appear to be good so if you feel a personal benefit in taking them and you have the money to spend, then it makes sense. The fish oil in sufficient doses has been used to manage rheumatoid arthritis and treat inflammation in general. Just make sure the stuff you get is tested for mercury. What was the question again?

After talking to TCC I have a bunch of advice, but I'm on a laptop without a proper mouse and it's a pain in the ass to search anything. I'll edit this post later or tomorrow to include the goods. The goods being information.

I had a nasty bout of TMJ a few years ago, and still get some snap crackle and pop from time to time. The main thing that helps is to not be a stressed-out person... but in more practical terms, if you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth (fairly far back) it can help ease things a bit.

As for my jaw, sometimes it locks and hurts so bad when it pops that I get tears in my eyes. This is very very bad during oral!

I actually have this problem with my jaw. It first appeared when I was 16 and I saw a specialist about it early on. It can be a result of structural problems (eg. a shallow socket), or can begin because of injury (being hit, bjs, blowing smoke rings, etc). It can also occur because of a combination of these factors. Like true dislocations of other joints, once it has happened once, it's much more likely to happen again. Fifteen years after it began, I can't even yawn without my jaw slipping out of place, locking and cracking as it tries to go back into position.

I'm lucky in that the pain as it pops out of place is very, very minimal. This means it's actually a USEFUL thing when giving blowjobs! I purposely click it out of place so I can open my mouth wider (otherwise I wouldn't be able to give bjs except to tiny guys - I only have around 3/4" between my top and bottom teeth if I don't pop my jaw). It can ache after it's been out for a while, but for me it's worth any pain that does appear.

The really painful part is putting it back into place if I don't do it properly (ie. if I try to force it back in). My pain free way of getting it to go back into place properly - when your jaw is out of place, place a finger tip or two against the jaw joint. GENTLY manipulate the joint (like a light massage), and your jaw should pop back into place without problems. I discovered this method a few years after the problem began and it has saved me a world of pain.

Of course, maybe normal, non-pathological jaws sometimes do this too, in which case I've just spent the last 10 minutes writing out totally irrelevant info .

As I am growing older my stretching and bending got harder to do.

You can find a lot of videos online but like dolfette said, Yoga is a good start.

I'm not seeing any option to edit my prior post, so here comes round 2. These recommendations come from talking to TCC, so I wouldn't look at them and say "hey everyone do this". Pinching or pain of any sort mean you stop instantly and don't repeat. Discomfort in a stretch might just mean you're doing it right :p

First up is this ankle mobility drill, which could potentially help with some knee pain and in general isn't a bad idea. ‪Ankle Mobility Drill‬‏ - YouTube You can use a broom stick, mop handle, etc. The only important point not especially mentioned in the video is to really drive the front heel into the ground. Repeat equally on both sides. This has nothing to do with the sex stretching request.

Next is the dreaded hamstring stretch. ‪PNF Hamstring Stretching‬‏ - YouTube I think this guy does a good job explaining how to do a PNF stretch on your own, but his form cues are lacking. Doing the standing stretch you'll probably first off pick something lower than a waist height table. Secondly you should make sure each foot is point forward/straight up. You might have to try to internally rotate to get there. Next, make sure your hips are squared up. You might have to take the hand opposite the leg you're stretching and push your butt forward to get there. Finally bend forward at the hips only. NOT the low back. focus on keeping your chest up as high as possible and pretend you're showing off the girls or are a soldier in a line.

Another alternative to this is lying on your back with a rolled towel under the small of your back. Use a belt or a towel and repeat all the same cues. Don't let the bottom foot/hip turn out, don't let the hips rotate. http://www.ultracycling.com/images/hamstring_stretch.jpg You can and probably should try the PNF tactic explained in the video above, but more than 4 times per "set" is generally a waste of time. Stretch the tighter side two times for every one time you stretch the more mobile side. The groin stretch the guy in the video above showed probably won't help too much unless you're especially restricted there, which seems a tad unlikely.

Last but not least is a "squat stretch" ‪Squat Stretch‬‏ - YouTube I'm not sure I have much to add to this guy's video because he does a great job.

As to the yoga, TCC (through VERY little testing of sorts) likely has some hypermobility in her low back especially into flexion and yoga might encourage this more as a bad habit unless she finds a teacher who is uncommonly aware of this as even being a bad thing.

First of all, thanks for your responses thus far! Now individually…

@Not_Punny: Alas, I am allergic to shellfish (glucosamine chondrotin) and avoid products that contain gelatin (fish oil pills). The thought counts for something at least!

@dolfette: That sounds like quite the story! And discussion with her doctor!

@ManlyBanisters: A week, I know. What was I thinking? *starts humming songs about not growing up from Peter Pan and Toys R Us*

@overly_straight: Ouch! Hopefully I can remember that tongue trick next time!

@subgirrl: The majority of my joints pop very regularly which might be related to hyperflexibility if I in fact have it. Fortunately my jaw leaving me in wincing pain happens more sporadically. Seems like we might be in the same boat. As with the tongue trick, hopefully I remember to try yours in the moment as well!

@fire77: Google saves the day pretty often I must say! :biggrin1:

@Barely_Big: My quads tend to be the problem, not hamstrings. Like right now, quite the effort to sit and rise from chairs, go up and down stairs. Boo on me trying to be clever and stake out on my own! And most tables are mid thigh to below my ass in height. What were you thinking? LOL.

I often have things pop out of place (not always at joints). A physiotherapist once described it as 'childlike tendons and ligaments'.

Try to practice my trick BEFORE you get to to bj time if you can. Getting your jaw stuck wide open at that particular time is really not a good thing :biggrin1:.

Believe me, I KNOW! :frown1: Pretty difficult to come back from, and the farther along it was, the harder it is for the guy to deal and wait it out, I swear.

As for the stretching I agree with the yoga and just general stretching...As for the the bj's you don't have to take him all the way into your mouth to give a GREAT bj...I rarely go all the way down on my husband and I can get him close VERY quick. I have TMJ and have a hard time going deep because of jaw pain. So what I have done is learn to use my tongue. So practic some tongue rolling exercises.

Do you mean that you have issues with your jaw and that BJ's make it worse? Or that BJ's cause the pain itself. If it's that you have chronic jaw problems just use lots of hand action. A really good enthusiastic hand job combined with as much oral as you can handle is probably going to make your partner happy. (Plus hand jobs are just fun)

As far as the blowjob causing pain..my advice is do it OFTEN :) I have zero jaw pain but my bf also gets blow jobs daily so, there you go. :)

terrible advice! unless a doc or physio has said that her jaw issues cannot be made worse by this then it would be foolish. some joint problems are only made worse by over use.

my bj addicted pal was told to give her jaw a rest... which she ignored, because she can't resist a bj. but the point is that the medical advice was for her not to be putting pressure on the joint on a regular basis.

I did from the very start tell you a legit doctor, PT, orthopedist is the best route for anything pain related, for the record.

The quads "being the problem" doesn't likely relate to the need to stretch them. Also your question wasn't "why are my quads bothering me?" Silly TCC

On the note of strengthening more along the lines of a prehab/rehab sort of thing, a reductionist approach would likely say your quads could likely use some strength in addition to hamstring flexibility, but more importantly you'd need to learn to use your gluteal muscles, strengthen them, and alter the way you move some. Of course from here this is all guessing and can't be coached in any detail.

The best videos I've found for this are as follows:
‪Cook Hip Lift‬‏ - YouTube
‪Have a pain free lower back and nice buns- The Cook Hip Lift-‬‏ - YouTube
‪Side-Lying Clams‬‏ - YouTube - I felt this was fairly self explanatory

Again I have to echo dolfette's sentiment of not to do things which hurt, and again if possible it's always best to see a medical professional. Pretty much if you're in pain, ignore me.

Sorry about the tables though. I forgot this was a bio-pic about you you http://concrete4life.files.wordpress.com/2011/03/attack-of-the-50ft-woman.jpg

:biggrin1: Early on, before I figured out my massage trick, I managed to get my jaw stuck open during a blowjob. The problem was, it wasn't FULLY open. I couldn't open it any further, and it left his cock stuck firmly between my teeth. He couldn't pull back out without getting a scraping from hell. In the end we had to wait for him to go soft before he could pull out. By then my jaw had been locked for so long that I was in agony. I had to drink painkillers dissolved in water before I could stand the pain of forcing it back into place again.

I vaguely remember being given similar advice when I first saw that specialist many years ago. Obviously, I ignored it too. And now have a jaw that slips out of place under the slightest pressure. I certainly wouldn't advise more practice as a cure.

I agree with the Yoga for stretching and as far as your quads go I would say a good bike ride will help out a lot. Fo rthe Jaw problem I would reccomend taking your time with oral. You dont have to shove it in and go to town like a pornstar, lol. Stroke it, kiss it, lick it, and suck on it. If you feel a little tight try to switch it up a bit.

Also, swimming might help out with your felxability and stretching.
