ya just need a bit of space, the motions are easy to learn and results start showing quickly.

terrible advice! unless a doc or physio has said that her jaw issues cannot be made worse by this then it would be foolish. some joint problems are only made worse by over use.

my bj addicted pal was told to give her jaw a rest... which she ignored, because she can't resist a bj. but the point is that the medical advice was for her not to be putting pressure on the joint on a regular basis.

You may note my answer was two part. One if she has chronic jaw pain and two if the pain was caused by the blowjob itself.

What I said was that if it was only the bj causing pain that the more often you do it the less it hurts. I didnt say to perform a bj while in pain, I said that doing it often would work out the muscles so they wont hurt.

I was not suggesting that she perform oral sex while in pain, that is neither fun nor sexy for either party.

but a doc you can't talk to is about as useful as a tissue paper bra in a rain staorm. have you considered changing?

In my experience, former guys are usually pretty understanding about changes that have occurred over time. Those that I have had sex with after a break of several years have seen attitude as more important than any physical factor.

Tall, of course we would all like to have a pornstar blowjob, lol, but lets be honest, you have to worry about yourself first. I would suggest if you have access to a gym to try the stationary bikes there. I used to ride a lot but had two bikes stolen and haven't been able to ride for a while. I also see I chiropractor for my TMJ...it was the best investment that I made. Most people don't realize that a chiropractor can help with this, but it is a joint and that is their specialty. Most of them have really good, payment plans for the non-insured...just shop around for the best.

I'm not sure about more intensive. I find Yoga (Iyengar) more demanding than Pilates, but for core strength I don't think you can't beat the latter.

I've had a quick look and this vid appears to explain the basics of Pilates quite well. Get the breathing and core muscle control right and you'll get better results. Technique is everything.

This seems a decent routine with some advanced moves that could take a while to master.

And don't forget to "suck up" your pelvic floor to engage your core muscles. Your squeezing-ability will be much improved. :smile:

The locking jaw issue is bad, my wife as a young girl tripped over a rock and landed on her jaw sending a tooth thru her upper lip and jammed her jaw. To this day if she yawns to wide, or when she has gotten drunk and becomes very relaxed and her mouth opens to wide it locks. If you want to really stretch you need to really warm your muscles up first otherwise you really don't get nearly as much movement. So take a run, get your heat rate up and sweat! Then download a free pilates or yoga video. It will take a while though and you will have to be dedicated to doing it.

As far as your jaw muscles are concerned you need to exercise those as well. Just opening and closing, tilting your head back as far as it will go etc.

You can of course just have sex, that always gets your heart up and is good for stretching in particular muscle groups. You just have to set a plan and do it!

Yoga, as mentioned. It has the natural ability to change you body, mind and soul. The stretches are fantastic, the breathing techniques are a must, and the stamina gained is life changing. Well, it has been for me.

Not sure about jaw exercises except practice, practice, practice. :)

Hey TCC!! Came across your thread by my hubby and thought I could give a helpful tip or two :idea:

I sit on the side of hubby as opposed to in front of him when my jaw locks up. It relieves pressure and changes it up a bit which he loves!! 69 works to, it tends to curve with your mouth better

Chiro is very useful for quick relief and doesn't take much time. Massage therapy allows you to slowly lengthen the muscle and realign your body, better results in the long run. I have massage therapy, 1-2 times a month, and I walk out feeling incredibley relaxed plus my skin feels amazing.

Yoga is awesome for strengthening and lengthening the muscles but you have to be consistent in order to get be results. Every time I fall off the mat, a month goes by, and I'm achy and super cranky.

Don't forget to hydrate, so very important! You can bathe in epson salts for 30 mins, it hydrates your body and helps relax the joints and muscles. Great for quick relief too.

Go with a simple theme for the night! Some naughty lingerie, candles and incense, you'll be the icing on the cake and he won't know what to focus on :naughty:
