I use my personal sauna about 4x per week, great place to stretch my back along with cock. I wait until my entire body is hot, then just pull in each direction, taking it slowly and rocking it around. I think the warmth helps prevent any damage and generally tends to make things flexible. Might be similar to stretching in a hot shower or bath. Not looking for massive gains, just keeps it limber and helps every part get engorged, I find it makes erections stronger (like they used to be! haha!)
