Stretching suspensory ligament?

I am of the opinion that some of the dramatic early gains people experience when starting PE exercises are due to stretching of the suspensory ligament.

The main limiting factor to cock length growth is the suspensory ligaments.
You must stretch the ligaments and it takes a lot of effort.
I crack mine every day several times just to ensure I maintain my length.
You would really have to work on them to increase the length.
I think you would need to frequently lift about 50 pounds with your cock to have any effect.

For the past two or three weeks I have been stretching my ligaments by pulling my dick back between my legs and sitting on it.
I am doing it as I type.
I can feel a very strong pull at the top of my penis, and although a little painful when I start, I can remain seated on it for a long time throughout which time it becomes more comfortable.
My dick at its smallest hangs limp at 4". When it is warm and relaxed it hangs at 5.5.
After stretching by sitting my dick now hangs at 6.5"", although this is not permanent.

I have definitely noticed a difference in the hang, and although I have started jelquing as well, there doesn't seem to be an increase in the erect length...although the girth has increased a little.

There was a thread a few weeks ago about the stretching by sitting technique, but I haven't been able to track it down.
If anyone can help...thanks in advance.

Doesn't sound smart or right.
If you use too much force than damage will occur which will result in scar tissue and shortening.

The idea is to use just enought tension to stimulate growth without damage

I'm new to PE, but my understanding about lifting weight with your erect cock (such as towel hanging) definitely works like Kegels (in fact, it's the same thing as doing Kegels), but I haven't heard that it would stretch suspensory ligaments; for that you need to do stretches, jelqs and maybe use penismaster or something.

Am I right Big Al? Please correct me wherever I am wrong. I'm learning.

You are correct :) Doing both stamina work and PE exercises will give you a bigger, fitter penis.
