stretching the uncut, How?

Hi all, how would u stretch effectively an uncut one? makes me hurt. do i expose the head and stretch or just stretch with skin covered? How do i start to do it? how often? please share me some techniques..thanks heaps.. i only have 4in erect and needs advice. i have smaller flaccid thus harder to pull. do i have to use lotions or lube? thanks
