This may sound like a strange question (wait, this is LPSG...nevermind
), but during a recent ejaculation I began to wonder about semen consistency; particularly stringy cum.
When I was younger, a fair amount of emissions consisted of strands of ejaculate more so than solid pools (don't know how else to describe them), but is now a much more rare thing with almost all cum being either semi-solid or watery. So while I'm fairly certain aging has a lot to do with it, yet the fact I still do produce some strings, tells me something else is at play too.
I figured it could also have to do with all the same factors that might affect semen volume like frequency of orgasms, arousal levels, hydration and nutrition or supplements. But since I've not kept track of any of these possible causes prior to noticing it, it's maybe impossible to pin down.
So for those guys here, has anyone else noticed a decrease in this and what do you think is or was the factor? Does anyone also know what causes semen to be stringy to begin with as knowing that might obviously produce an answer as to why it decreases or stops altogether. I have also heard the term "The ropes" being used on here, but never really understood the exact definition. Is that the same thing as what I'm referring to, as I always thought it meant the clumpy pulses themselves that come out during ejaculation.
Any input would be welcome.
