Stupid question of the day

Not sure if anyone else will post here, but here goes.

Tell us all, what was the stupidest question you were asked today.

I'll start of with two:

1) Do you do a tanning bed or the spray booth? - For the record, I'm of a super mongrel, but bascially 1/2 black and 1/2 arab. I've got an all over tan that comes from genetics not a bottle.

2) Are you Chinese? - Said what little Mandarin I know to a friend and a fellow (hot as hell, but dumb as a rock) turned around and asked me that.

Will you think for me and then present the research grant proposal to my chairperson and dean so they can think I (a junior faculty member) know what I'm doing?
