I also read the entire thread, and with autism in my family (and it is a spectrum), I would expect that a significant number of the MIT department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Department are on the autism spectrum - and a lot more intelligent than whoever is reading this (they just don't want to talk to you or anyone). And yet some readers are suggesting that these people should be denied sex.
Autistic people are not mentally incapable. Or sexually lacking. The issue is usually the other way when they want to have sex and the recipient is unintersted, and they can't pick up on that.on the cues.
I'm invoking Dan Savage's campsite rule here as mentioned above. You have to leave the campground in the same state that you found it or better. I think you have found orgasms in someone who may not have found them elsewhere, and if he is straight, and can find the right woman then the appeal of the orgasm may push him into a happy marriage, or long term happy relationship. If you find your own long term relationship before he finds his, and you haven't discussed it with him and had him understand it, then you are an arsehole (assshole to the Americans). LPSG will judge you poorly if you keep having sex with him and then exit when convenient for you but devastating for him.
Unlike all of the naysayers - I think you have found orgasms where there were going to be no orgasms. If you can find a way to keep those going, then I see no problem.
