Beautiful film. I’m not going to comment on the nude scenes as I think that gay guys put way too much thought into that when they watch movies, seriously guys, just watch porn.
The story is from Aiden Chambers’ Dance on My Grave, a teen novel. Félix plays the part very well, he looks like he’s actually falling in love and plays the part of being jealous well, too.
The musical score is also really good, some real nostalgia in it. Overall I thought it was a really sweet film. Not over the top, not overacted. It relied on quality acting and it made me believe it was real, to an extent. Certainly pulled on the heart strings.
