Your scrotum and the ligaments that your testicles hang from are a temperature regulating mechanism to keep your Sperm production at the right temperature ( somewhat lower than normal body temperature. )

When you are feverish, the scrotum becomes thin and stretched to dissipate heat and the ligaments relax out to get your nuts away from you body.
When outside air is too cold, or circulation compromised, the balls are pulled up to get them warmer, and the scrotal skin thickens to reduce heat loss.

In training for lower hanging balls you have two principle objectives... One, you will need MORE scrotal skin.... the further you can stretch your balls out and the longer you can hold that stretch, the better... your body will respond by growing more scrotal skin.

Another way to do this is to inflate the scrotum, either thru a big vacuum containment, or thru actual injection of liquid sterile saline solution... literally inflating your ball sack to the size of a softball or larger. ( kinda hard to hide- but the saline get resorbed thru your bloodstream in a day or two. )

Your other, and more important objective is to stretch the LIGAMENTS that limit how low your nuts can hang. YOu can stretch your nuts for years... but if you are not stretching enough to lengthen the ligaments... then your gains will not be permanent, and removing the stretchers will see them snap right back up where they used to go.

You can tell when you are stretching the ligaments because you will feel a straining pull DEEP behind your pubic bone, where the ligaments attach. MAkes it hard to even stand u straight until you get used to it.
Uncomfortable at first, you will come to love the feeling because it is the feeling of real progress.

Some cautions... check the temperature and color of your balls frequently...if cold or blue, take off the stretcher immediately.

Also, you will find that extended streching will cause the skin of the scrotum to THICKEN. This is EDEMA, a build up of lyphatic fluid in the skin because the stretchers press against the skin and prevent the fluid from getting back out.

This is dangerous, because as the scrotal skin thickens, inside the neck of the stretcher, it can press on the blood vessels suppling the testes... which can cause atrophy of the testes, or outright kill a teste.
Why you want to keep tabs on nut temperature.

Wearing stretchers for a couple of days will usually result in EDEMA... at this point take OFF the stretcher and let your nuts relax for a few days... till the edema goes down.

If you can find a happy medium... the number of hours you can wear the stretchers every day, so that the number of hours they are off allows edema to go down... you will get your best results.

When you first wake up in the morning your scrotal skin should feel very thin... if its thick feeling, let the edema go down more.

You need not only weight, but LENGTH... so add more stretchers in a stack to pull your balls further and with more weight... but add them as you have the extra skin to accommodate them.
